Shipping policy

**WE’RE WORKING AROUND THE CLOCK TO GET YOUR ORDER TO YOU. DUE TO COVID-19 OUR WAREHOUSE IS EXPERIENCING DELAYS. PLEASE BEAR WITH US, YOUR EQUIPMENT ISN’T FAR AWAY! WE WILL EMAIL YOU YOUR SHIPPING CONFIRMATION WITH A LINK TO TRACK YOUR ORDER AS SOON AS YOUR ORDER LEAVES OUR WAREHOUSE. THANK YOU. WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE.
Please note: During peak periods (Sales, Public Holidays, or the day after Public Holidays), same day dispatch may not be applicable whilst our distribution team works to prepare your AGE order.  

ORDER PROCESSING

Sales taxes and HST/GST will be calculated at checkout where applicable. 

We typically ship your order within 24 hours. Where possible, we try to ship the same day. During peak periods, there may be a delay of one day (but we sure try hard to avoid that). Overnight shipments receive priority processing. Order status will be emailed to you when your order ships.

 SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from our distribution centre in Toronto. 
Free standard shipping applies for all orders over $200 CAD (excluding taxes).
Orders below $200 CAD (excluding taxes), incur a standard shipping charge of $19.99 CAD. 
For an overnight shipping service, a flat shipping rate of $49.99 CAD is charged (please note order processing time).
For standard shipping please allow 1-2 business days for delivery (excluding order processing time). 
All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada.
